We will be at Nottingham Hot Property 2023
Planning | News
Jenny Keen, planning director at Marrons – part of legal and professional services group Ampa alongside Shakespeare Martineau – will also take to the stage to perform.
The annual one-of-a-kind event, which will take place at PRYZM nightclub on Thursday, 2 November, has raised more than £343,000 for various local and national charities since its inception in 2004.
This year, funds will be donated to The Television Workshop, a BAFTA award-winning drama group and TV casting resource.
Operating on a talent-first basis, the registered charity keeps its fees low and offers bursary places to children unable to meet the fees to ensure no one is turned away.
Over the years, The Television Workshop has produced a number of stars, including Vicky McClure, Samantha Morton, Jack O’Connell, Karl Collins, Bella Ramsey and Alison Hammond.
Jenny said: “Nottingham Hot Property is a vital event in our community, consistently raising a huge amount of much-needed funds to support local causes year after year, and we are thrilled to be able to continue supporting through our sponsorship.
“What’s particularly special this year is how closely the values and ethos of The Television Workshop align with our own. The school’s mission of providing opportunities for unexplored talent resonates deeply with us. Its authenticity and bravery perfectly match our #unlockingpotential and #beyourself mottos.
“As a firm, we are always on the lookout for opportunities to make a positive difference in everything we do. Nottingham Hot Property not only raises essential funds for local charities but also provides a unique platform for property professionals to express themselves musically.
“We’re proud of our people’s individuality and the interests that make them unique, and our commitment to empowering our people and contributing positively to the local community made it a no-brainer to support this year’s event.
“Having had a sneak peek at the set list, we know the lineup is nothing short of incredible, and we are incredibly proud of those from our firm who summon the courage to perform in front of hundreds of people, all in the name of raising funds for truly worthy causes.
“Personally, I’m eagerly anticipating my return to the stage, and I can’t wait to be part of such an inspiring event.”
