This proposal aimed to transform an under-utilised agricultural structure into a high-quality residential space. Leveraging Class Q permitted development rights, the project successfully repurposed the building within a rural environment, adding value to the local landscape and addressing the need for housing in a sustainable and sympathetic manner.
