Our proposal involves converting and extending an existing office building to create 55 residential apartments, while retaining some ground floor retail units and office spaces. The building’s local listing and location in a conservation area necessitated collaboration with heritage consultants and the conservation officer. Additionally, the scheme introduces new amenity space and external landscaping.
