Our client has a growing herd of cattle which requires a worker to live on site to support their welfare. The current living accommodation for the worker is in the form of a temporary static caravan dwelling; therefore, a more permanent and comfortable was required.
Our planning and architecture teams worked together alongside an agricultural consultant to prepare a high-quality submission and, as a result, permission granted for a large new permanent dwelling within the grounds of the farm.
The successful application will not only mean the worker will live in more comfortable accommodation, but it also supports the growth of an existing rural enterprise for our client.
