The Project
Vacant for over 30 years, Locus helped to secure planning permission and listed building consent for a mixed-use scheme for Nottingham’s County House. Working with AM2 Architects, Globe Consultants, Nottingham City Council and Historic England, the approved scheme will enable the building to be more malleable and responsive in attracting future sustainable uses.
