The proposal is for 43 converted shipping containers to be placed at roof level of Meanwhile House and used as hotel rooms with a further 3 placed adjacent of the existing containers to provide reception and bar/restaurant facilities (Class A3). Alongside the converted containers, supporting facilities and infrastructure will be created including external stairs and terraces and an enlargement of the existing bin and cycle storage.
