The Project
193-unit housing scheme over 10ha of land in North East Derbyshire. Preliminary desk-based investigations undertaken by Locus, and confirmed by geophysical survey, demonstrated a high potential for Prehistoric and Roman activity within the Site. Project managed by Locus, an incisive phase of fieldwork secured planning permission, with a further phase of targeted excavation undertaken as a condition.
