Strategic growth drives new office opening in Tunbridge Wells

We are excited to open our new Tunbridge Wells office, strengthening our presence across the South East.
Located just a three-minute walk from the railway station, the new office at Lonsdale Gate strengthens our connections with existing clients in Kent, Sussex and surrounding areas, while paving the way for further regional growth.
Simon Macklen, partner and head of socio economics, is leading the expansion. With more than 28 years’ experience in the sector, Simon provides expert socio-economic insight to support major development proposals nationwide.
He is joined by Josh Mellor, planning director and joint South East planning lead in Tunbridge Wells. Two new team members are set to join in September, with further recruitment of town planners underway.
Simon said: “Opening in Tunbridge Wells gives us a strategic foothold in the South East – a region full of opportunity. It’s a gateway location that allows us to better serve our clients across Kent and Sussex. Our vision is to build a multidisciplinary team here, delivering creative, effective, and sustainable planning and design solutions.
