Ian is a highly experienced team leader, business leader and planning professional with 35 years’ experience, all of which has been with market leading private sector practices. Ian leads the provision of planning consultancy for Marrons in London and across the south of England.
Ian identifies, assesses and delivers development opportunities, leads and co-ordinates multi-disciplinary consultant teams and negotiates major schemes through a strategic approach. Ian’s approach is to identify risk and address how this is to be resolved during the planning process, and he has particular experience in formulating planning strategies for complex and high profile schemes, including tall buildings, later living and major housing schemes. Ian leads teams recognised for their commercial focus, emphasis on excellence and collegiate culture.
