Announcing 10 Promotions Amid Continued National Growth

Marrons | News

We are delighted to announce 10 promotions across our planning, urban design and heritage teams, effective 1 November 2025.

Planners Jacqueline Jackson, based in Leicester, and David Fovargue, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, have been promoted to partner, alongside Bristol-based masterplanner Maria Vierma and Nottingham-based heritage expert Hannah Hamilton-Rutter.

In Birmingham, masterplanners Jared McQueen-Pullen and Natasha Claus have been promoted to associate urban designer and urban designer, respectively.

Within the Stratford-upon-Avon planning team, George Smith has become an associate director, while Sarah Twist has been promoted to senior planner and Louis Jones to planner. Jack Wilkins, based in Leicester, has also been promoted to senior planner.

The promotions follow another year of strong performance, recording a 45% increase in revenue for the 2024/25 financial year, taking turnover to £9.6m.

Growth has been driven by strategic hires, new office openings, and a surge in demand for the firm’s multi-disciplinary services across planning, architecture, urban design, socio-economics and heritage consultancy.

Over the past year, we have expanded nationally, opening new offices in Sheffield, Leeds and Tunbridge Wells, and relocating our Bristol, Nottingham and London teams to larger, more agile workspaces.

Brian Mullin, partner and head of Marrons, said: “These promotions reflect the incredible depth of talent across Marrons and the commitment of our people to delivering high-quality, sustainable developments across the UK.

“Our success is built on a culture that recognises and rewards excellence. We are proud to nurture both emerging talent and established experts, ensuring our clients benefit from truly multidisciplinary insight.

“As our national footprint continues to grow, we remain focused on helping our clients unlock opportunities, deliver value and shape great places to live and work.”

We now operate from offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Leicester, Lincoln, London, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Sheffield, Solihull, Southampton, Stratford-upon-Avon and Tunbridge Wells, with further expansion planned for 2025/26.
