We provide an open, supportive, inclusive environment that ensures everyone can be their authentic selves. We value and celebrate diversity and continually seek to improve diversity across the organisation. Our culture prioritises wellbeing for our people, to better support our clients and investors.

Our people are the heart and soul of our responsible business practices

We are proud to have the following inclusion groups, created by our people for our people, bringing together those with shared interests to connect, learn and share.

Here’s some of what we’ve achieved to date

Senior leaders have been appointed accountable for gender diversity (Justine Ball), race (Amal Kaur) and wellbeing (Louise Ingram).

We are supporting the 10K Black Interns programme - 17 interns have gained experience with the group so far.

We share a range of wellbeing initiatives with our people, including financial, physical, social and mental.

We have mental health first aiders based within every office hub.

And there's more planned...

We will gain an understanding of our racial inclusion barriers and develop an action plan to address areas of need.

We will conduct a review of the reasonable adjustments we provide to those with disabilities, and ensure we are aligned to our Disability Committed Employer Pledge.

We will continue to make progress in our racial and gender representation across the Ampa group and in our membership.

Our 2023 Impact Report

Ampa has published its first impact report, recording the wider group’s achievements and progress to date, since the relaunch of its responsible business programme last year. Making more than 30 pledges to its people, planet and local communities, the group has seen significant improvements in its commitment to increasing diversity at a senior level, reducing its carbon footprint and offering career development opportunities to under-represented groups.
