William Moralee

William supports a broad range of planning projects, contributing to the preparation and submission of planning applications, coordination of consultants, and development of clear, evidence-based planning strategies.

He combines strong analytical skills with a growing understanding of planning policy and development management, helping clients progress their schemes efficiently and effectively.

Currently undertaking a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Birmingham, William also holds an undergraduate degree in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester and is working towards chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

William brings early experience in neighbourhood planning, having supported a local parish council during his undergraduate studies. He is particularly motivated by the role of planning in enabling sustainable, well-designed growth that benefits both communities and the wider environment.
