Simon is a highly motivated and ambitious urban design and masterplanning professional with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex, mixed use, multidisciplinary projects across the UK. His career is defined by a strong commitment to design excellence, collaborative working, and effective team leadership. Simon brings a high level of commercial awareness, technical expertise, and a clear passion for shaping sustainable, inclusive, and people focused environments.
As a lead designer and project manager, Simon has led and facilitated design workshops, stakeholder consultations, and public engagement events, ensuring that design outcomes are well informed, inclusive, and deliverable. He is a recognised practitioner in urban design, a member of the Urban Design Group,
In his role as design director, Simon provides strategic leadership on the design of residential and mixed use developments, working closely with major housing developers, land promoters, and multidisciplinary consultant teams to create high quality, distinctive places.
