Sarah MacPherson

As a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Sarah has over six years’ experience across a range of major and minor application types. Having started her career in the public sector handling a wide ranging caseload, Sarah is well accustomed to the requirements and expectations of local planning authorities.

Sarah works on a wide variety of projects across land promotion, planning applications, appeals and enforcement.

With considerable development management experience Sarah is available to assist clients at all stages of the planning process, from an initial pre-application discussion, through to the planning application itself, any subsequent appeals and the discharge of conditions. Using her knowledge and experience of the planning process and expectations of local planning authorities she is able to deliver a great service to clients and provide reliable and robust advice and representation.
