Sarah Evans

Sarah joined Marrons in September 2023, bringing her expertise to support the continued growth of the Marrons brand and its design capabilities, with a particular focus on the South of England.

A recognised practitioner in urban design and a chartered town planner (RTPI), Sarah has around 12 years of experience in private sector consultancy. She has worked extensively with both public and private sector clients on a wide range of urban design, regeneration, and masterplanning projects across the UK.

Her portfolio spans residential and commercial developments, urban extensions, new settlements, town centre regeneration schemes, and high-profile masterplans for complex sites.

Sarah specialises in developing creative visions and preparing outline planning applications, combining imaginative thinking with practical delivery. Her strengths lie in creative masterplanning and in producing compelling visualisations and artist impressions that help bring proposals to life.

She has substantial experience leading large-scale, mixed-use masterplanning and residential schemes, and takes a collaborative approach to project delivery. Sarah works closely with clients and technical teams throughout the process — from early-stage land bid documents and visioning work to the preparation of outline and full planning applications — to ensure high-quality, design-led outcomes.
