Sandra is a chartered town planner and plays a key role in supporting clients to secure planning permission for development and promoting both greenfield and brownfield land for future housing and employment needs.
With over 25 years of experience in planning, Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge from both the public and private sectors. Having previously been a member of the government’s advisory team for large applications (ATLAS) at Homes England, Sandra approaches planning with a national perspective on the delivery of complex, large-scale developments. She also brings significant senior-level experience from within local authorities, equipping her with a deep understanding of planning policy, process, and political nuance.
Sandra has a strong track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams on high-profile, residential-led strategic schemes. She is particularly adept at supporting clients through the complexities of planning, drawing on her collaborative and proactive approach to help deliver sustainable and well-planned communities.
Sandra is an elected member of the RTPI’s General Assembly and England Policy committee.
