Patrick is an experienced Economics Director with over ten years' experience working in economic development and regeneration
Patrick co-leads Marrons’ Socio-Economics team and brings more than a decade of experience in economic development and regeneration. He specialises in combining robust economic, property and demographic insights to create incisive evidence and strategies that enhance places, drive economies and generate buy-in.
At Marrons, Patrick is focused on expanding our evidence-led approach nationally -shaping strategies that support sustainable regeneration and economic growth. His previous roles include senior positions at Avison Young, Hatch and Westminster City Council.
Patrick is passionate about creating places that deliver genuine benefits for local communities. His main areas of expertise include:
