Munashe joined Marrons in 2024 as a graduate planner, bringing with her a strong academic background and a growing portfolio of practical experience.

Munashe holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Development and Planning from Nottingham Trent University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree through a Level 7 Degree Apprenticeship in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Birmingham, with a view to becoming a chartered town planner.

Working within the development management team, she plays a key role in supporting clients across all stages of the planning process – from the preparation and submission of applications through to post-submission negotiations. She works collaboratively with clients, technical consultants, legal teams, and local authorities to deliver informed and effective planning advice.

Her project experience includes managing change of use applications for HMOs, as well as supporting a wide range of other planning submissions, such as householder applications, retrospective applications, planning appeals, and complex regeneration schemes. She has contributed to residential projects of varying scales – from small extensions to larger apartment developments involving demolition, new builds, and public realm enhancements.

Munashe’s proactive and detail-oriented approach enables her to support the delivery of timely and positive planning outcomes, while ensuring alignment with relevant planning policy and local authority expectations.
