Morgan Hewkin

Morgan joined Marrons in July 2024 after graduating with a degree in urban planning from the University of Gloucestershire.

Morgan is currently studying for a master’s degree in urban and regional planning at the University of Birmingham, while working within the development management team at Marrons. Following completion of her postgraduate studies, she will begin working towards chartered town planner status.

Despite being early in her career, Morgan has already gained hands-on experience managing and contributing to complex planning projects across the UK. She supports the preparation, submission, and post-submission stages of planning applications, assisting individual clients and developers in delivering successful planning strategies.

Morgan works closely with local authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders to help secure planning permissions and navigate the development process efficiently and collaboratively.
