Luke brings over 20 years of experience in design-led development, with recognised expertise in urban design and masterplanning.
A leading design figure across the UK, Luke is a recognised practitioner in urban design, a chartered town planner, and a visiting lecturer at Birmingham City University and Coventry University.
Luke supports clients across the country to shape bold, deliverable visions for residential and mixed-use development. He works closely with landowners, agents, promoters, housebuilders and local authorities to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality places.
His portfolio spans estate-scale masterplans, new settlements, urban extensions, and complex regeneration proposals. Luke combines planning insight with a creative design approach, helping landowners, developers, and housebuilders unlock development value and create high-quality, sustainable places.
