As a Graduate Planner, Louis works on a range of projects carrying out planning research, site appraisals and the production of reports.
Louis joined Marrons when he graduated from Cardiff University in 2023 where he studied Urban Planning and Development at undergraduate level. Louis’ role involves boosting Marrons profile across Warwickshire, the West Midlands and nationally. Drawing from his background in Urban Planning, Louis is well equipped to secure planning permission for developers, landowners and homeowners and possesses the strong skillset necessary to support our clients. While working for Marrons, Louis is completing his postgraduate studies in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Birmingham. Other areas of expertise include policy and application monitoring as well as site appraisal and promotion.
