Kate is passionate about driving positive change, whether improving processes, enhancing the working environment, or supporting teams to deliver their best work. She is involved across a wide range of projects, contributing her expertise and knowledge to help ensure seamless delivery and consistent quality for clients.

Holding a diploma and level 5 apprenticeship in leadership and departmental management, Kate is also a chartered manager with the CMI. Over the past 20 years, she has gained deep insight into how organisations operate and what it takes to manage people, processes, and projects successfully – ensuring Marrons delivers efficient, client-focused outcomes across all areas of the business.
