Kate Cox

Kate is the Operations Manager at Marrons, bringing a wealth of experience from across the Professional Services, Logistics, and Architecture sectors. A natural problem solver, she thrives on creating efficient systems and always puts people at the heart of her work.

Kate is passionate about driving positive change in the workplace, whether that’s improving processes or enhancing the working environment. She enjoys getting involved in a wide range of projects, always eager to learn and share knowledge.

With a Diploma and Level 5 Apprenticeship in Leadership and Departmental Management, Kate is also a Chartered Manager with the CMI. Over the past 20 years, she has worked across diverse industries, gaining deep insight into how people operate and what it takes to run a business smoothly.

Outside of work, Kate is actively involved in musical theatre, both on and off stage. She has performed in over 35 productions and taken on roles such as Stage Manager, Musical Director, and Producer, bringing the same energy and organisation to the theatre as she does to the workplace.
