Julie McLaughlin

Julie is a chartered member of the RTPI and a highly experienced planning consultant, with a track record of delivering complex development projects for clients across London, the South and beyond for over 13 years.

Julie works primarily with private sector clients on a variety of projects including residential, mixed-use, heritage buildings, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

She supports clients through every stage of the planning process – from early-stage policy guidance and planning appraisals to the preparation and management of full and outline planning applications, including applications for listed building consent. She also coordinates multi-disciplinary consultant teams, manages the discharge of planning conditions, and prepares follow-on applications to enhance and add value to assets.

She also regularly leads community engagement initiatives and presents at planning committee meetings.
