Jake is a senior planner with a strong background in local government and nearly a decade of experience in planning policy and strategic development.

Jake holds an MSc in urban planning and previously served as a senior planning policy officer within the Lincolnshire region.

During his time in local government, he played a key role in the preparation and delivery of local and neighbourhood plans. He was responsible for shaping development strategies, drafting planning policy, managing public consultation processes, and supporting the delivery of strategic development projects.

Jake brings a deep understanding of local authority processes, member engagement, and the complex balance between enabling growth and meeting community needs. His policy expertise and hands-on experience with development planning make him an asset in promoting strategic land and advising on housing strategy.
