Hermione joined the team in July of 2025 after finishing her Undergraduate Degree in Geography. With prior experience in a planning consultancy, and an interest in the natural environment and placemaking, Hermione can support with a wide range of planning needs.
Hermione regularly assists in the preparation, submission and post submission processes of development schemes. She prepares reports, conducts research and liaises directly with clients, consultants and Local Authorities to ensure the smoothest process possible.
To develop her skillset alongside her role at Marrons, Hermione is attending the University of Birmingham to obtain a Masters Degree Apprenticeship in Urban and Regional Planning, as well as her RTPI Chartership.
I am passionate about delivering the visions of our clients, creating places that can be beneficial to many people. Working at Marrons has helped me realise the importance and impact of good planning and I strive to provide that in all the jobs I complete in my role.
