Gessica is passionate about creating high-quality, sustainable designs that positively impact people’s lives. Valuing collaboration, she believes that connecting the right expertise and engaging closely with clients and communities is key to achieving exceptional, future-ready results.
Before joining Marrons, Gessica ran her own architectural practice for four years. During that time, she gained deep insight into both the challenges and the beauty of running a business. Her leadership style is rooted in building strong personal relationships with her team, which she believes is the foundation for delivering high-quality work.
Gessica sees herself as a person in continuous development, with sustainable living at the heart of her lifestyle and professional ethos. A serial learner, she is passionate about expanding her knowledge, convinced that learning is a powerful tool to become a better architect.
She has a particular interest in underused buildings and the adaptive reuse of heritage architecture – repurposing existing structures is not only a creative challenge but also a vital strategy for building a more sustainable future in today’s historical moment.
