Gemma Johnson

Gemma is a chartered town planner with 17 years experience and is responsible for providing planning advice to a range of clients, largely in the residential sector.

Gemma is experienced in managing all stages of the planning process, including providing advice on the potential of development sites, preparing and submitting high quality planning applications on both small and large-scale sites, and negotiating with local planning authorities on planning conditions and section 106 agreements.

She is also experienced at reviewing and responding to both national and local planning policy and has successfully influenced policy development and secured site allocations on behalf of clients.

Gemma also takes the lead in representing clients in various forums including at Parish Council meetings, public consultation events, planning committee and examination in public.
