Gabby Pennant

Gabby is developing broad experience across large and high-profile planning projects, currently working towards chartered town planner status following her Master’s in Urban Studies and Planning at the University of Sheffield and prior consultancy experience.

Gabby supports the promotion and delivery of strategic land opportunities and major residential developments backed by key infrastructure. Her work includes Green Belt and grey belt sites, sustainable urban extensions, new settlements, and planning appeals, helping clients bring forward sites with significant planning considerations.

She contributes across the planning process, from early site assessments to application and appeal stages. She coordinates pre-application submissions, undertakes detailed planning policy analysis and site research, and prepares planning statements and supporting documentation. By working closely with clients, consultants, elected members, and local planning authorities, she helps develop clear, well-evidenced planning strategies that enable successful project outcomes.
