Following an extensive career in the public sector, Charlotte is an established consultant and specialist within development management, with a strong passion for the built environment.
Charlotte takes pride over building good client rapport, delivering a high-quality service and she utilises her knowledge of the internal workings of local government to her advantage by maintaining successful relationships with planners and technical consultants.
Charlotte has strong co-ordination skills and manages schemes from conception through to completion and takes pleasure successfully managing multi-disciplinary teams. Charlotte is very passionate and thrives with every scheme varying from the private landowners to commercial companies.
I pride myself on lateral thinking, being creative and problem solving. Whilst I have a sound grounding in planning policy, my passion is development management projects.
