Amanpreet Panesar

Amanpreet joined the Marrons Nottingham office in July 2025 after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a BSc (Hons) in Geography, which included a year abroad in Prague as part of her studies. She is currently working towards Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and has a strong skill set in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and sustainability.

At Marrons, she supports strategic land and major residential-led developments that promote sustainable housing growth. Her work covers all planning stages, from site research and analysis to preparing and submitting planning applications. She assists with pre-application enquiries, planning statements, and supporting reports, while coordinating input from consultants in transport, ecology, and landscape design to ensure projects align with policy and best practice.
