The Marrons Strategic Land Breakfast Briefing will take place on Tuesday, 3 March 2026, from 8:30 am to 11:00 am, at Cleaver & Wake in Nottingham.

This session will feature networking and discussion on the current East Midlands planning landscape; where you should be targeting for short, medium or longer term land opportunities based on land supply and local plan progress, design implications of the draft NPPF and Design & Placemaking PPG and the scale of the East Midlands grey belt opportunity.
