Jacqueline is a chartered town planner with 20 years’ experience in the public sector.
Jacqueline brings significant expertise in leading complex planning proposals and managing large-scale developments, including sustainable urban extensions, logistic developments, science and enterprise arks, major residential and commercial schemes, environmental impact assessment (EIA) developments, and heritage-sensitive projects.
Renowned for her ability to navigate controversial and high-profile planning proposals, she has a proven track record of unlocking challenging sites through strategic thinking and effective negotiation. She leads on complex planning matters, including section 106 agreements and planning performance agreements, and is known for her clear planning judgement and pragmatic problem-solving.
With senior leadership experience in local government, Jacqueline offers clients in-depth insight into the inner workings of the planning process. She specialises in development management and has extensive experience in planning appeals, enforcement, and engagement with statutory consultees and local communities – delivering commercially sound advice with a public-sector-informed perspective.
