The concept emerging for Weldon in the Forest explores the potential to deliver:

Marrons is providing planning and design expertise to help articulate, refine and promote the site’s long‑term potential. Our work includes:

  • Developing the planning promotion strategy for future local plan engagement
  • Preparing a high‑level masterplan illustrating land use, green networks, massing and movement
  • Producing a detailed vision document articulating the placemaking and sustainability principles
  • Working collaboratively with the client team to establish deliverability, character and infrastructure themes

This early-stage work establishes a clear foundation for future discussions with the planning authority, stakeholders and local communities.
