Zubair is a qualified architect (RIBA and ARB registered) with 10 years of professional experience, delivering projects across the residential, leisure, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors.

Zubair brings significant value in early-stage concept design, feasibility studies, and planning application delivery, drawing on his background in both private sector practices and multi-disciplinary environments. His approach is shaped by a passion for site specific design, visual storytelling, and adaptive reuse, with a growing interest in sustainability and future design strategies. He collaborates closely with planning, heritage, and urban design teams, helping to deliver integrated solutions for development proposals.

Zubair has supported client needs across RIBA stages 0 – 5, producing clear design solutions with design packages, 3D visuals, planning documents, and technical drawings. Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities, with a focus on communication, regulatory compliance and helping clients meet their design aspirations and unlocking design value.
