Tom is a heritage professional with over fifteen years’ experience working nationally in archaeology and consultancy services and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists.

Tom has worked across the UK advising on complex and varied projects – from solar farms and residential developments to Ministry of Defence sites – for a variety of clients, including strategic land promoters, energy providers, and national and local housebuilders.

He brings strong field-based and policy expertise, having worked in both commercial archaeology and heritage planning. He advises clients on development impact through clear and concise assessments, supporting informed decisions and project progress.

Tom is skilled in producing robust heritage impact assessments, desk-based assessments, environmental statements, and written schemes of investigation – helping clients meet planning requirements and minimise risk.
