Sarah Twist

Sarah is a charted town planner with six years of experience working in planning consultancy and housing building.

Sarah supports and leads on a range of projects by undertaking and preparing planning reports, providing strategic planning advice for clients and project managing planning applications and consultancy teams.

Before joining Marrons in August 2023, Sarah worked for a housing developer where she supported large-scale regeneration and strategic land projects. Her hands-on involvement in managing developments from inception to completion provided her with end-to-end insight into the planning and development process, including the challenges of navigating complex planning frameworks.

Sarah became a chartered members of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) in May 2025 and is passionate about using her experience to help clients unlock development potential and deliver schemes that enhance local communities.
