Roland is a Planning Director leading mainly residential-led projects across outer London and the wider South East, on behalf of housebuilders, promoters, developers, public institutions, Councils and private landowners to add value to land.
Projects include planning applications and land promotions (to achieve site allocations in Local Plans) and range from garden communities to urban and village extensions and infills. He has also successfully acted as planning expert witness at appeal.
With over 15 years’ experience, he specialises in Green Belt sites and is currently working on various grey belt opportunities.
Outside of work, Roland is a runner and an artist, with his efforts raising £4,000 over the last 12 months for charities including Brain Research UK, Animals Asia and Explorers Against Extinction.
