Matthew is a registered member of the RTPI with over seven years’ experience supporting clients to deliver attractive, sustainable, and viable development proposals across the UK.
He works closely with developers, landowners, and consultants to guide projects from initial appraisal through to submission and decision. His work covers a wide range of planning applications, with particular expertise in permitted development, planning statements, planning appeals, and letters of objection.
Matthew also advises on employment and tourism-focused developments, sequential testing, and heritage assessments, helping clients develop robust, evidence-backed proposals that respond to local policy and deliver practical outcomes.
