Louis supports clients across Warwickshire, the West Midlands, and nationally, working on a wide range of planning projects.
Since joining Marrons in 2023, Louis has contributed to planning applications, appeals, and site promotions – undertaking research, appraisals, and preparing supporting documents that help guide proposals through the planning system.
He works closely with developers, landowners, and homeowners to provide clear, practical support throughout the planning process. Louis also contributes to policy monitoring and strategic site promotion, helping shape sustainable, deliverable schemes that align with client objectives.
Alongside his role at Marrons, Louis is completing a postgraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Birmingham. His academic background, combined with hands-on consultancy experience, gives him a well-rounded perspective on the planning system and the evolving policy landscape.
Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused, Louis brings enthusiasm and attention to detail to every project. He has developed a strong understanding of client priorities and continues to play a key role in delivering successful outcomes.
