Jack is an experienced planner with several years in planning consultancy, specialising in developing strategies and promoting strategic land and brownfield sites across the Midlands and wider UK.
Jack’s expertise helps clients unlock the potential of their land and progress challenging sites through the planning system. He provides clear, practical support at every stage of the process – from site appraisals and local plan promotion through to preparing and managing applications and handling planning appeals – ensuring clients’ projects are well-positioned for success.
As an active member of the RTPI West Midlands Young Planners, Jack also mentors Marrons’ graduate and assistant planners. His commitment to sharing knowledge not only strengthens the team but ensures clients benefit from a motivated and well-supported planning resource.
