Hannah is a built heritage professional with over twelve years experience and works nationally across strategic land, development management, energy, and regeneration projects. This encompasses a wide range of clients including land promoters, house-builders, architects, planners and private individuals.
With a strong background in both private and public sectors, Hannah is confident in the application of planning legislation and policy to make informed decisions about the impact of development on the historic environment. She has experience across a wide range of schemes including new development in sensitive rural and urban contexts, conversions of heritage assets and enforcement cases. Commercially-minded, her heritage-led approach combined with strong negotiation and communication skills means she has a strong track record in delivering appropriate outcomes for the historic environment which also meet clients’ needs. Hannah has also completed a PGDip in Urban Design and is a Full member of the IHBC.
