Natalie Render is an experienced Planning Director within Marrons. She joined in May 2026 as part of the strategic expansion of the London planning offer for the business.

Natalie has 12 years’ experience of adding value for clients by assisting them to navigate the planning system to deliver complex development projects on previously developed land.

Her advice spans the development cycle, from feasibility stage planning due diligence, the pre-application stage, application submission, application negotiation and determination, and post-permission matters.

Natalie is known for her ability to provide clear, strategic advice, but also to support clients with detailed planning issues on projects.

Natalie has a strong commercial awareness, and helps her clients navigate development viability and other such challenges with bespoke planning approaches tailored to each project.

Outside of work, Natalie is slowly renovating her Edwardian terraced house in south-east London. She also enjoys running, swimming, and cycling, and experiencing different panoramas to the London skyline on hiking holidays around the world.
