Evan has worked on a range of major planning applications from site appraisal stage through to discharge of conditions. The majority of his work has been in the energy sector by helping to progress applications for ground-mounted Solar PV (up to 49.9MW) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) up to 400MW, and he has significant experience drafting key planning documents, advising on consultation strategies and managing a multi-disciplinary consultant team.

As well as helping to deliver positive, timely outcomes for some of the UK’s leading energy developers, Evan also has experience in leading on medium-sized residential developments, and has undertaken consultee work for around 20 Local Planning Authorities for agricultural related developments.

Evan is a chartered town planner with over 5 years of experience in the private sector.
