Tunbridge Wells
Tunbridge Wells serves a region where development is shaped by a combination of growth pressures, environmental considerations and a rich historic environment. Our team advises landowners, developers and promoters across Kent, Sussex and the wider South East on a broad range of planning and design projects.
We support clients on residential, commercial and strategic land opportunities, providing advice on planning applications, appeals, masterplanning, heritage matters and development strategy. Our experience spans both urban and rural locations, where balancing development ambitions with local policy and place-specific constraints is often key to success.
As part of Marrons’ national multidisciplinary consultancy, we bring together expertise to help clients progress projects from early feasibility through to delivery.
